Sound familiar?

It's been open for weeks

Delivery is slipping and your best people are picking up the slack.

Resumes, but not the right ones

Keyword matches that fall apart in the first technical interview. Your time goes to screening instead of building.

Nobody's telling you why

Is it the salary? The title? The market? You need someone who'll tell you straight and help you adjust.

How a search runs

An adviser, not an order-taker

  1. Intake with the hiring manager

A direct conversation with you, not just HR. What this person actually needs to deliver, and what "great" looks like on your team.

  2. Calibrate early

I tell you what the market looks like for this role: salary, availability, competing offers. If something needs adjusting, you hear it in week one, not month three.

  3. Targeted search and real screens

I go after people who aren't applying to job posts, and I speak to every one before you see them.

  4. Submissions you can decide on

Every profile comes with the details that matter, mapped to your requirements. No surprises at offer stage.

  5. Follow-through to start date

Interview feedback, offer, counter-offers, resignation. If a search stalls, I'll call you with a plan.

I got into recruitment through a campus placement for a marketing role, and stayed because I liked figuring out what actually drives people. That's still the job: understand what a candidate wants, understand what your team needs, and be honest when the two don't line up.

Outside work I travel whenever I can (yes, I've done the bungy jump in New Zealand), keep too many plants alive, take dance lessons, and will rewatch The Office any chance I get.

Shaping the world of work, one hire at a time.

Got a role that's hurting your team?

Let's talk about it.
